Description

This is a rare dessert wine. It is made from an indigenous grape of the area (Canaiolo), flavoured with herbal infusions and digestive flavouring using a slow maceration at room temperature (similar to the technique used by a few well-known Barolo producers). This aperitif/digestif has a complex aroma and a long finish with hints of spices and herbs.

Full-bodied, velvety and rich with an amazing bitter-sweet balance: it is simply a unique vinous experience, as it’s the only Canaiolo Chinato in the world.

Great with dark chocolate or on its own. Drink at room temperature within 20 years.
