TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Prices listed are inclusive of VAT and Excise Duty. 2. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. 3. By placing an order with Vineyards Direct you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. 4. When you give Vineyards Direct your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering wine. 5. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order. 6. We charge a single £10 delivery fee for any order; there are no minimum quantities requirements. 7. We endeavour to ship your order within 24 hour of receipt of payment. 8. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates but we expect your order to be delivered within 7 days of receipt of payment. 9. If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund. 10. Delivery takes place when products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions. 11. For your own safety we reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purposes of carrying out security checks. 12. Any product may be withdrawn from sale without notice. 13. Force Majeure: we shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 14. Data Protection Act 1984. We are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on our computer for the sole purpose of sending you a catalogue and other information related to your purchase.   Vineyards Direct is a trading name of I.G.T.
